![]() If I leaked overnight, I'd do the least damage. I wore my samples overnight ain't no way I'm trusting a brand new diaper I've never worn before by wearing to work or anything. You gained weight or lost weight and need to see if another size will fit you better now? Too bad. You want to try the diapers in a variety of situations? Too bad. If before the sample program existed, you already purchased a different style of their diapers, and now you want to know if one of the others in the sample pack will work for you? Too bad. Yeah, their sample program, while generous compared to the ab/dl company that they broke off of, is not super conducive to the incontinent people they're trying to serve. I requested a sample pack to try their other diapers as I really liked the ones that had been bought for me. I, personally, can not support a company that instead of making a request to fix an honest mistake, threatens litigation, and when it's clear that they were the ones that made a mistake don't apologize to the person who they wronged. although if they see this I expect that to change). The size now reads 34", but the press release (that mentions it's available in size medium to extra large+, still reads 24". However, there is proof with the Wayback Machine that shows that the size was actually 24" on the low end of the range, and the next size up is 30". Over on ADISC, the account run by Rearz (the same person who's name was in the original email from InControl), seems to heavily imply she doctored the image. At some point after she took the screenshot, they edited the website so the size range was the size range they meant it to be. She was able to take a screenshot that proves that the size went as low as 24" (makes sense why she'd think it was a smaller size when she made the video, with 24" being the smallest waist size). The size, however, according to the website when she purchased the pullups (and afterwards) did include her waist size. ![]() InControl asked her to take down the negative review, claiming all the issues she had with the product were because she had the wrong size, and threatened legal action if she didn't. During the review, she misspoke and said the wrong size, but she corrected it in the description box. She ordered some that were labeled to fit her waist, and reviewed them in a YouTube video. Then someone reviewed some new pullups they're selling. They're the diapers I'm wearing now, and while I like the Megamax more, I was definitely willing to try again another time. I figured if I was going to get white diapers, instead of buying Megamax's I'd get the less expensive Inspires. ![]() They also didn't yet have the other colors in my size. Recently I went on Northshore's website to order diapers, and they didn't have the blue ones I usually get in my size. I really liked the free samples I got from them. ![]()
